Degree Seeking:
A.S.

Biography:
I was born and raised in Macedonia, a small, yet wonderful country in Europe. In my native land, I graduated at an economic high school where I took many business classes. In the end of 2006, I came in the United States and continued my education at Bergen Community College. My major is Business Administration.

Why did you choose Bergen Community College?:
I chose Bergen Community College because it was a huge opportunity to develop knowledge about my major. Of course, I extend gratitude to the great team of professors -- with whose support and trust – helped me break down language barriers. I recommend Bergen to every enthusiastic student – especially to all international intellectuals as a perfect prospect for getting an excellent education for less money than the four-year institutions.

What advice would you give a prospective student?:
Be persistent and optimistic! Try to employ all potential opportunities that Bergen Community College has so you can be involved in many useful activities and events. That is the only approach that can give you an interesting experience and desired achievement.

What has been your favorite academic experience so far?:
My favorite academic experience is the knowledge that many things are connected with my major. I also feel more comfortable to speak English in my daily life due to the fact that it is my second language.
