I am currently the partial owner of an Internet-based electronics company. I grew up in Virginia and completed the work for my B.S. degree at Virginia Commonwealth University in 2004. I took a year off to explore some career paths and decided to apply to the Dental Hygiene program at Bergen. I have always wanted to have a career in the medical field and this profession offers a unique, hands-on approach to healthcare that is very rewarding.

My favorite academic experience thus far has involved participating in rotations in various settings within the community. It is a great opportunity to explore dental hygiene outside the scope of private practice.
