I'm originally from La Paz, Bolivia and came to the United States with the dream of a better education and more opportunities. Adjusting to the lifestyle of most normal adolescents seeking an education, I’m working to complete my degree in paralegal studies and to move on to a good career. Accomplishing this goal will mean a lot to me, my family, and my friends.

Bergen Community College was a convenient choice to continue my education after high school. Bergen is recognized as one of the best community colleges in the nation and my first year being here has convinced me that it was the perfect choice for me. Also, it offers a lot of benefits financially and a lot of career opportunities to choose from.

My advice to all prospective students is to always have a positive goal in life and carry on with courage to succeed.

In addition to my paralegal studies classes, I’m involved in the Student Government Council as the Recording Secretary which is a good experience for me.
