Business Administration
Career:
Chief Technology Officer, CCNET Services
Biography:
I was born in Romania and enrolled at Bergen based on a recommendation made by a family friend. After I earned an associate's degree from Bergen, I transferred to William Paterson University to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Now I am the Chief Technology Officer of a web hosting company currently pursuing a Master Degree in Business Administration online from Walden University.
Why did you pick Bergen Community College?:
It was the right choice at the time. Lots of my friends began school at a two-year college then transfered to a four-year school. I wanted to attend a college that had excellent faculty and advanced information technology labs that could enhance my technical abilities, and a great library where I could obtain vast resources. Bergen met all of those expectations, and then some.
What did you like best about your college experience?:
The environment was very welcoming, BCC has great sports and other events every day.
What was your favorite academic experience while at Bergen?:
My favorite acadamic experience was the class, "Intro to Anatomy" taught by a young man who at the time was an assistant professor.
What advice would you give a current/prospective student?:
ENJOY IT WHILE IT LASTS! Take full advantage of the Bergen experience, make as many friends as possible, attend all the activities and participate in any sports Bergen offers--you won't regret it!
