All students MUST take the Accuplacer placement test to register.  More details about this can be seen at http://www.bergen.edu/testing. Here you can review test information & materials, & obtain a test waiver form.

Financial Aid & Bill Payment:

Tuition rates can be found here: http://www.bergen.edu/pages/2946.asp.  Your schedule is also your bill.  Be sure to pay for classes by the deadline date!  Payment information can be found at http://www.bergen.edu/bursar.

It is recommended that all students apply for financial aid.  More information can be found on Financial Aid at http://www.bergen.edu/financialaid.  To receive financial aid, you must be enrolled in a degree seeking program.  You can apply online at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov (official government website), & you can obtain your Pin # at www.pin.ed.gov.  The Bergen Community College school code is 004736.

All prospective NJ STARS students MUST apply for financial aid.  More information about the NJ STARS scholarship program can be seen at http://www.bergen.edu/njstars

Academic Advisement & Registration:

The Academic Advisement Center hosts sessions for New Bergen students to teach them how to choose their classes for the first time.  Dates & information can be seen at http://www.bergen.edu/advising.  REMEMBER: Accuplacer results are needed to attend a New Student Advisement Session.

One of the goals of Bergen Community College is to provide a comprehensive college experience that extends beyond the classroom.  Student life is enhanced & enriched through a wealth of extracurricular offerings that reflect the interests & strengths of the students at Bergen.
